Ely, as a graduate of BS-Management, has had the opportunity to become a manager and experience running a window blind business. After many years of managing the business, he encountered lapses in higher-ranking positions in terms of decision-making.
Ely decided to step up and talk with the owner of the preeminent manufacturer of Korean blinds, who expressed a compelling desire to form a strategic partnership with him. After thorough deliberation and careful analysis of the business proposal, Ely founded Deii Window Blinds in 2018. Ely’s unwavering determination to establish Deii Window Blinds as the unrivaled industry leader in Davao led him to start from scratch, launching an extensive flyer distribution campaign of 10,000 copies within Davao. In an astonishing three-month period, his dedication bore remarkable fruit, propelling the company to achieve millions in sales and a highly favorable return on investment.
This pivotal milestone not only underscored the company’s resilience but also positioned it for continued success in the face of the unprecedented challenges posed by the pandemic. It all began with Phinma Properties, deeply impressed by the company’s profile, initiating contact through their online platform, which paved the way for fruitful project collaborations and the establishment of a lasting trust and business partnership. Subsequently, Deii Window Blinds garnered the attention of notable developers such as Filinvest and DMCI, as well as other respected local architectural firms, construction companies, and a wide range of government projects. Apart from his thriving blinds business, Ely has also established a highly acclaimed travel agency that holds the distinction of being one of the leading tax contributors in Samal, Davao Del Norte.
